Saying goodbye...

Before I left for New York, I was fortunate enough to be able to spend a week with my Mom, Dad, and brother in Orlando! Greg (my brother) was there for work and so we were able to stay in his hotel for free. Thanks, government! We got there Tuesday night and due to the rain, we went to the kick-butt Orlando mall. Torture, I know. Actually, it was, because I couldn't buy anything! (See previous post about quitting well-paying job.) Wednesday while Greg was at work, Mom and Dad and I went to Universal Studios! It was pretty awesome. My favorite "rides" were the Terminator ride and the Mummy ride. It was very hot though. Later that night we saw Transformers 2 (which was, erm, interesting) and ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. Greg tried to get our waitress to bring out a cake for Dad's birthday, but she was too busy hitting on him! I don't really have any pictures because we used Mom's camera, and she hasn't sent them to me yet! (Hint, hint...)

Then on Saturday I got to chill with my oldest sister, Andrea, and her two sweet little girls, Elena and Isabella! We went to the pool and had lots of fun. Now that I *do* have pictures of...

I love my nieces to pieces!
The only one I didn't get to see was Julie, Jeff, Grace, and Kody :-( .... wait, correction, I DID see Jeff as he came up to the airport to get my car! Take good care of my Ruby, please :-)

  1. I feel jipped. We didn't get a good-bye visit despite my begging for one. :-( We are taking very good care of [Ruby???].

  2. I will make it up to you! Ruby is my car, and she takes a part of me wherever she goes...so I am kinda there, in a way! Darn I am so weird.
